><p>Mye av smitten som forekommer skjer gjennom hendene. Vi tar p\u00e5 folk eller gjenstander som har viruset p\u00e5 seg. S\u00e5 f\u00f8rer vi hendene til munn, nese, \u00f8yne og vipps er vi smittet.<\/p>\n<p>Derfor oppfordrer myndighetene oss til \u00e5 opprettholde god h\u00e5ndhygiene og unng\u00e5 \u00e5 ta oss i ansiktet. Mange av oss har sikkert opplevd hvor vanskelig det er \u00e5 unng\u00e5 \u00e5 ta seg i ansiktet, derfor er god h\u00e5ndhygiene desto viktigere.<\/p>\n<p>Smitte kan ogs\u00e5 forekomme gjennom luften, ved at noen i n\u00e6rheten hoster, nyser eller puster ut virus som treffer oss. Derfor oppfordres alle til \u00e5 holde god avstand til hverandre. Allerede med 2 meters avstand er nemlig risikoen for smitte betydelig mindre. De fleste av oss har nok sett hvordan pusten v\u00e5r blir damp n\u00e5r det er kaldt, og da vet vi ogs\u00e5 at denne dampen gjerne forsvinner etter 1-2 meter. Kort og godt, ikke la noen g\u00e5 i &laquo;dampen&raquo; din.\u00a0 M\u00e5 du hoste eller nyse s\u00e5 gj\u00f8r dette i et papirlommet\u00f8rkle eller lignende og kast dette umiddelbart. Har du ikke papir tilgjengelig bruker du albue-kroken, ikke hendene.<\/p>\n<p>Har du muligheten til det, isoler deg hjemme, ta hjemmekontor om du kan og hold deg unna folkemengder og offentlig transport.\u00a0 F\u00f8lg retningslinjene fra <a href=\"http:\/\/helsenorge.no\">helsenorge.no<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Husk: Selv om COVID-19 viruset ikke trenger \u00e5 v\u00e6re s\u00e5 farlig for akkurat deg, s\u00e5 er det farlig for alle som er i risikogruppen; eldre, folk med kroniske sykdommer osv. Dersom hendene er t\u00f8rre f\u00f8r denne tiden har g\u00e5tt har du brukt for lite.<\/p>\n<p>Anbefalt dosering er ca. 3 ml (ca. en t-skje). Har du en dispenser med pumpe tilsvarer dette ofte ca. 3-4 pump (det vil oppfattes som veldig mye, men det er riktig). Derfor b\u00f8r man ogs\u00e5 her ta de forh\u00e5ndsregler man kan:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Hold mobilen for deg selv. Ikke del den med andre. Da er det mindre sjanser for \u00e5 bli smittet via den.<\/li>\n<li>Vask mobilen med gjevne mellomrom. Slik vasker du mobilen:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Hvordan du vasker mobilen avhenger litt av hva slags mobil du har, f.eks. om den er vanntett eller ikke.\u00a0Dersom den ikke er vanntett bruker du kun en myk lofri klut til \u00e5 t\u00f8rke av med. For vanntette mobiler kan du ha litt lunkten vann og evt. litt mild s\u00e5pe p\u00e5 kluten. Husk \u00e5 unng\u00e5 \u00e5pning med den fuktige kluten. Bruk gjerne en q-tip til \u00e5 komme til i sprekker og evt. en tannpirker i \u00e5pninger, men v\u00e6r veldig forsiktig.<\/p>\n<p>Det frar\u00e5des generelt \u00e5 bruke sprit p\u00e5 mobiler da skjermene ofte er innsatt med et belegg som beskytter mot fingermerker osv. og alkohol vil kunne vaske bort dette. Har du derimot en skjermbeskytter trenger du ikke v\u00e6re like forsiktig og da kan alkohol v\u00e6re greit.
